Arie Widiawan
Arie Widiawan Riadi, better known by he Arie Widiawan (born in Sukabumi on 7 January 1975), is an Indonesian singer, voice over and announcer. He was a member of Lingua.[1][2]

Career[edit]
Arie was born in Sukabumi, on 7 January 1975. He was a teenager in 1995, when he started his career as a background singer of various singers, one of which was backing singer Iwa K.[citation needed] In 1996 he founded with Amara, and Frans Mohede, the vocal trio, Lingua. An Indonesian musical group of country pop.[3]
In addition to being active as a singer, Arie also works as a presenter[1] and voice actor, he mostly voices cartoons and advertisements, especially radio advertisements.[4] In addition, Arie is also a radio announcer at several radio stations in Bandung.[1] He is also actively teaching as a vocal instructor at a music school in Bandung.[citation needed] Arie had worked as a financial consultant in an insurance company but did not last long, one of the jobs he had been involved in outside the world of entertainment.[citation needed]
