Arion Golmakani (in Persian: آریان گلمکانی) is an American author. He was born in Tehran, Iran and migrated to the United States in spring of 1974 at the age of 17.[1][citation needed] Arion studied for a degree in fine arts at College Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati, which he received a degree in fine arts[2], specializing in radio and television arts.
