Arista Arhin (born February 8, 2005) is a Canadian actress.[1] She is most noted for her performances in Star Trek: Discovery, as Michael Burnham, for which she was nominated for two a Joey Awards in 2018 and 2019 and a Young Artist Award in 2018 and 2020 and two Young Entertainer Awards in 2020. She also starred Bajillionaires and Odd Squadfor which she also received nominations. For the latter, she also won a Joey Award in 2018 as Best Series Regular or Leading Actor in a TV Series.[2]
She is of Ghanian and Montenegrin descent.
