ArthaLand Tower
The ArthaLand Tower is an upcoming 30-storey office tower in the center of Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. It is a premium-Grade building with 28,000 sqm. of net leasable area out of a gross floor area of 34,000sqm.[1] It is owned by Arthaland Corp, a boutique property firm developed by Po and Gonzales families, who invested Php 3.5 billion to build this tower and is venturing into the office property sector. The office building is slated to be completed by 2017 and is intended to serve as corporate headquarters for large-scale companies. [2]
Design and Features[edit]
The ArthaLand Tower will have 21 office floors, 14 elevators, and high-end retail outlets and other retail establishments at the ground floor and podium. It is Philippine Economic Zone Authority accredited and is aiming for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design Program) Gold and BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) certification.[3]
The office building was designed by Skidmore, Owings, and Merill (SOM) of New York, architect of One World Trade Center, and the two towers at 9-11 Ground Zero of New York. This building is designed in collaboration with top Filipino architectural firm, GF & Partners Architects Co. [4]

The ArthaLand Tower is located at 5th Avenue corner 30th Street of Bonifacio Global City and will sit across the proposed Shangri-La Hotel and is surrounded by BGC’s prime residential area.[5]
