Arthur Van Menen

Arthur Van Menen was born in Kortrijk, Belgium in 1912. Van Menen studied at the Académie des Beaux-Arts in Kortrijk. In 1940, he worked in Berlin, Germany. He was confined during World War II and could not continue his art studies until after he was released. After he was released, he continued his art studies in Berlin.[citation needed]
