Arus Sem is a Cook Islands footballer who plays as a midfielder[1] for Western Springs and the Cook Islands national football team.[2] He made his debut for the national team on August 31, 2015 in a 3–0 win against Tonga.
In July 2021 he pleaded guilty to drink-driving and burglary in New Zealand.[3] In September 2021 he was sentenced to six months home detention.[4]
