Asgar Ali Chowdhury Mosque (Bengali: আস্গর আলী চৌধুরী জামে মস্জিদ) is a historical mosque in Chittagong, Bangladesh. It was established in the early 19th century by Asgar Ali Chowdhury, who was a famous zaminder (landlord) in Halishahar, Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is situated in Asgar Ali Chowdhury Bari, Chowdhury Para, North Halishahar, Chittagong which is positioned 1.5 km west from Boropol, Agrabad, Chittagong.

The Asgar Ali Chowdhury Mosque is considered an excellent example of Mughal architecture. It comprises three domes arranged in a row, the middle dome being larger than the two side domes. It also comprises 24 minarets.

Since the death of Asgar Ali Chowdhury, the mosque has been maintained in part through donations from the estate of his son, Osi Meah Chowdhury.
