Biography[edit]

Ashfaq Ahmad is an Indian Hindi writer and blogger, who runs several blogging sites[1] such as Wordsmith,[2] Akharvani Patrika,[3] Lafzatraash, Parihas Patrika, Qissagoi, Lafzabandi. He has written about a dozen books like Jihadi Parinde, God's Existence, Vulture's Feast, Infinity,[4] Junior Gigolo, Mirov and Saavri. He has also runs a publication and also writes on literary platforms like Pratilipi and Pocket FM.

Early life[edit]

Ashfaq Ahmed was born on October 16, 1974 in Sitapur city of Uttar Pradesh, a state in India, studied from there and moved to Mumbai at an early age, where he worked in a garment company for eight years and returned to Sitapur in 2001. Started life ahead. After marriage, settled in Lucknow and started writing with his garment business and in 2019 his first book Jihadi Parinde was published.

Career[edit]

Ashfaq started blogging before the publication of the first book in 2019 and started his first blog site as Lafztarash and first online magazine as Akharvani Patrika along with writing articles on social media and some news portals. Along with this, he had also set up his own publication in the form of Gradias Publishing House in 2020, from which the first published book was his own written God's Existence.

Presently, along with running about eight websites, he himself writes blogs, writes books and is continuously writing long serials along with short stories on Pritilipi.
