Ashley Albert
Ashley Albert (born in 1973) is an American voice actress, singer, and serial-entrepreneur.[1][2] She has starred in TV shows such as Daria, Hey Joel, and Courage the Cowardly Dog. She also appeared in films such as Daria in "Is It College Yet?", Daria in "Is It Fall Yet?" and Ice Age: Continental Drift.[3][4][5]
She is also the vocalist for children's band, The Jimmies, and daughter of music producer Howard Albert of The Albert Brothers. She is the co-owner and creator of the Royal Palms Club[6][7][8], the Matzo Project[9][10], and Survival of the Hippest.[11][12][13] In the Chicago location of the Royal Palms Club, she received notoriety for creating a unique installation of 70 bass that sing to pop songs in unison.[14][15][16] The Matzo Project received renown for re-imaging the traditional Passover dish by injecting it with flavor and a contemporary twist[17][18][19], though the product has received some criticism for not being kosher.[20]
