Asians On The North Coast
Asians on the North Coast (Mandarin Chinese: 北海岸的亚洲人, Cantonese: 北海岸的亞洲人, Thai: ชาวเอเชียทางชายฝั่งตอนเหนือ, Hindi: उत्तरी तट पर एशियाई, Arabic: الآسيويين على الساحل الشمالي) in New South Wales, Australia are a large ethnic division of Asian Australians in the Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast regions of New South Wales.

Refugees from Iraq have been moved from larger cities like Sydney to smaller cities like Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. Chinese and other South Asians have fled to the region because China runs the flight school in Kempsey at the private airport, the Kempsey Airport[1]. Considering Kempsey has a high youth violence rate (especially amongst Kempsey’s Aboriginal population), many have moved to areas such as Port Macquarie.
