Career[edit]

Early career[edit]

Oxborough was scouted by Norwich City in 2008 while playing for Hemsby Hornets. He joined the Norwich City academy in 2010 at age 12.[3] In January 2014, he spent time with an England training camp for goalkeepers and was called up to the Under-16 England team, making his debut against Denmark.[4]

Oxborough was offered a Norwich City Academy Scholarship in 2014 and a two-year contract in 2016, playing for the Norwich City Development Squad. In total, he played 23 games for Norwich Under-23's in the Premier League 2. His performances were rewarded with a new 2-year professional contract with Norwich City in April 2018.[5]

Norwich City[edit]

For the 2018-19 pre-season, Oxborough was listed in the squad for the tour of Germany. He made his first appearance for Norwich during the pre-season friendly against King's Lynn Town, replacing Remi Matthews.[6]

On 2 August 2019, Oxborough moved to National League South club Wealdstone on a 5-month loan deal. He won the National League South with Wealdstone and was named player of the month in September.[7]

In March 2020, he extended his contract with Norwich until June 2022 with an option for a further one-year extension.[8]

On 31 August 2021, Oxborough joined National League side Barnet on loan until the end of the season.[9]
