Multi-omics integration
Astron Health’s platform integrates genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data to support treatment decision-making in oncology. Genomic analysis identifies gene mutations, transcriptomic profiling measures gene expression at the RNA level, and proteomic analysis evaluates protein abundance and activity.
