Atari Computing was a bimonthly computer magazine in the UK covering the Atari ST from 1996[1] to early 2000. Published by Renegade Publishing Ltd., it was founded by editor Joe Connor[2] and Mike Kerslake after the demise of Atari World, and was the last published magazine for the Atari ST-line of computers. Writers for the magazine included former editors of Atari World and ST Format as well as contributors from the Atari scene (Maggie and Atari Phile disk magazine).
Each issue was complemented by the Reader Disk, a collection of public domain software, listings and exclusives. The magazine featured reviews of public domain and shareware applications, reviews of commercial software and tutorials. Renegade released the "Millennium time capsule" CD-ROM to subscribers with the last issue. The CD contained all Readers Disks and all articles from the 16 issues in HTML and ASCII format. Additional articles that weren't published were included as well.
