He joined his family's business in 1996 and established the groundwork for his future career by working on sites as a part-time engineer and trainee. As the managing director of Goel Ganga Group,[1] he has set new standards for opulent real estate in Pune.
Under his leadership, the company has worked on a number of projects, including affordable housing and IT spaces, as well as the high-end International Financial Centre (IFC) in Pune. Goel has played a significant role in the development of Nagpur's first Rs 1500 crore retail complex and led the construction of Central India’s first World Trade Centre.[2]

Goel established The Goel Ganga Foundation, a nonprofit organization devoted to helping individuals in society who are in need.[3] Goel co-wrote the book Real Rich with Leena Saldanha, which provides practical advice on wealth building by covering different aspects like budgeting, saving, and managing debt. The book attempts to educate readers about real estate and its potential. Goel's contributions to society and the real estate industry have been significant, and he continues to lead Goel Ganga Group to new heights.[4]
