Autumn Marini is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. In October 2021, she signed with the newly-revived record label Blackground Records 2.0 in partnership with EMPIRE, and became the first artist to be dubbed the "First Lady" of the restored label.[1] Her debut single, DRIVE, was released on November 12, 2021.
Life and career
Autumn Marini was born in 1995, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In her early childhood, she has been singing, dancing, and acting in plays.
Legendary music icon, and the uncle of the late singer and actress Aaliyah, Barry Hankerson, was presented with a recording by Marini, and he immediately wanted to meet her. In October 2021, Marini signed with Blackground Records 2.0 and became the first artist, and the "first lady", to be signed to the revived label.[2]
Personal life
Autumn Marini received a bachelor's degree from University of South Florida.[3]
