Avraham Arenson (born February 24, 1997) is an Israeli actor, screenwriter, director and creator.
Biography[edit]
Arenson was born in Montreal, Canada, and at the age of six months he moved to Israel with his parents.
Studied at the "Thelma Yellin" high school, majoring in cinema, which he graduated with honors. As part of his studies, in 2012 he won first place in the "Young Clip" competition with the clip "FROGS". In 2015, a film he directed called "Matechet" won the best feature film award at the Haifa International Film Festival.
In the years 2013-2016, he performed in stand-up clubs with original material he wrote. In 2016, he volunteered at "Kfar HaNoar Bikurim" and taught the boarding school children cinema.
He served in the IDF in the electronic warfare unit.
In 2016, he got his first leading role in the short film "Fucking Chuck Norris" as Reuven, a salesman at a failing video store.
In 2018 he studied the basics of acting course at the "Nissan Nativ" acting school. Between the years 2017-2019 he studied acting in the two-year track at the acting school in front of a camera "Technika".
In 2018, he participated in the series "The Dog House" broadcast on the Nickelodeon channel in the role of "Kai". A year later, he wrote, directed and played the main role in the viral video "breast is sand" for the Tedy channel. Later he wrote and directed more videos for the channel.
Starting in 2020, he plays a leading role in the series "Palmach" broadcast on the Nickelodeon channel, in which he plays the character of Emil. For his role in the series, he won the Children and Youth Television Award as the best lead actor in a drama series. In the same year, he also participated in the series "PPS" in which he played sturdiness.
In 2021, he played Ido in the movie "Full Speed", and also participated in the series "Spiderz" and "My Nephew Benz".
In 2022, he participated in the series "Memory Forest" in the role of Omri, and also participated in a guest role in the series "Savri Maranan" and "Alone at Home", and in the TV movie "All the things I wanted to say" in the role of Leo. Already in this year, he began to play a leading role in the drama "The One Whom My Soul Loves" at the Israeli National Theater "Habima". Towards the end of 2022, participated in the 2022/2023 festival.

In 2021, he won the award for the best lead actor in a drama series at the Children's and Youth Television Awards ceremony of the Film and Television Academy, for his role in the Palmach series.
In March 2023, Arenson entered the list of "50 most successful people" of the Israeli entertainment industry by Pnai Plus magazine.
