Ayla Schafer (* 22. December 1987 in Hitchin, United Kingdom) is a multilingual 'wold-folk' singer-songwriter of traditional and tribal music.

She became internationally known with her song Vuela con el Viento.[1]

Biography[edit]

Ayla grew up in a large family in Hitchin, near London, UK.

She began performing at the age of 16 and established herself in the UK festival scene. At a young age she collaborated with the British Award winner Ben Howard, after which she performed as the folk-soul duo 'Susie Ro and Ayla'.

She has around 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify[2] and over 32 million views on YouTube.[3]
