Azeem Haq is a Canadian audio producer and songwriter. He is based in Toronto.[2][3] Haq is known for the anthem GO LEAFS GO which was the anthem of Toronto Maple Leafs during NHL Playoffs 2017.[4][5][6] In 2016, Haq won a 26th Radio And Production Award for Best feature production.[7]
Career[edit]
Haq started his music career at an early age.[8] He gained commercial success with his former hip-hop group EOS.[9][10] Several songs from EOS were aired in the Local radio stations.[11][12] was runner-up in the 25th Radio And Production Awards.[13] In 2017, his anthem "Go Leafs Go" for the Toronto Maple Leafs went viral and was featured by CBS Sports, City TV News, TSN and Breakfast Television.[14][15] According to The Sports Network's BarDown, 'Go Leafs Go' by Azeem Haq was an anthem perfect for a Toronto playoff run.[16]
