Azerion is a high-growth digital entertainment and media platform. Founded in 2014 by two Dutch entrepreneurs, Atilla Aytekin and Umut Akpinar.[1] Azerion has experienced rapid expansion driven by organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Azerion’s platform enables the purchase and sale of digital advertising. Through their technology, game creators, digital publishers and advertisers reach millions of people across the globe that play Azerion’s games.

History

Attila and Umut met at the Turkish student association in Delft, they began their tech entrepreneurship in 1995, they founded Triodor in 2004 and Orange Games in 2014 which would later become Azerion.[2]

Azerion has experienced rapid expansion driven by organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Initially focusing on casual gaming development and from 2018 they added monetization solutions and ad sales to the ecosystem leading to an acceleration of the platform offering.

Azerion became a publicly traded company listed on Euronext Amsterdam in February 2022.[3][4][5]

Azerion currently serves more than 425 million active users and 300.000 advertisers and has in its portfolio more than 17.500 game titles across 2.400 game portals.
