In 2018, BK8 closed a year-long deal with La Liga.[3] In the same year, BK8 announced John Terry as their brand ambassador.[4] In 2019, BK8 officially introduced former Netherlands and Manchester United player, Robin Van Persie as their new brand ambassador.[5] Currently, the contract allows BK8 to advertise Robin Van Persie as their brand ambassador with the aim of launching marketing campaigns in targeted markets.[6]
In 2021, BK8 sponsored 5 La Liga Clubs,[7][8] Villarreal CF,[9] Athletic Club,[10] Valencia CF,[11] Elche CF and RCD Mallorca in the La Liga 2021 and 2022 seasons. Kelly Smith[12][13] became BK8's first female brand ambassador in 2021.[14][15]

Shortly after Kelly Smith was named BK8's brand ambassador, BK8 made a donation to 'We Mind Kelly Matters,' a charity founded by Smith to assist individuals suffering from mental health concerns.
