Background of Co-Editors (directly from book) Schooled in the same elementary school, the famed and then-all-boys school Naga Parochial School but took different paths in academe, Jaya and Paolo met a couple of decades later, many years after school. Jaya was a professor at the Ateneo de Manila University and Paolo was then a fashion buyer for the country’s top retail company. After meeting through a common friend and several glasses of wine together on many nights, the Arian (Jaya, with moon in Virgo), and the Virgoan (Paolo, with moon in Aries) with the late Carlos A. Arejola’s support, decided to come up with this anthology, envisioning to take into account the many colorful lives in the region lived by queer, trans, and gay Bikolnons. This is their first book together. <refname="Anthology">Jacobo, J., & Sumayao, R. P. (Eds.). (2019). Bkl/Bikol Bakla: Anthology of Bikolnon Gay Trans Queer Writing. Naga Goldprint Incorporated</ref>
