The cadet branches also held numerous Zamindaris, Ghatwali and Mulraiyatis in Bihar, Jharkhand and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Some of the notable Zamindari estates held by cadet branch of Baghochia House includes Bansgawa Estate(DilipNagar Estate), Tamkuhi Raj, Salemgarh estate, Kiajori(Chakai) estate and Sankho estate Jharkhand Ledo Gadi and Raidih estate was located near the Baba Baidyanath Dham temple, Deoghar, Jharkhand.Raidih was the capital of Baghochia Dynasty Zamindars. Raidih was having more 6500 acre of land under control during 1800.Some prosperous villages under Baghochia Dynasty or Raidih estate were Amarpur, Nayandih ,khawasdih,Ghorlash, Banoga,Bhagori, Govindpur,kakribank,Manjhiyana, Punasi, Singhjori,Nokhil, Baghmari, Ratanpur, Dakai, Misradih and Asahna.
Basantpur.Kharna estate was another notable Ghatwali estate acquired by Babu Ananda Rai.[1][2]
