Bahram Hassani
Bahram Hassani (Persian: بهرام حسنی) is an Iranian scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur active in the fields of health innovation, food science, and biotechnology. He currently serves as the Head of the Food Industry Department at the World Academy of Medical Sciences (WAMS).[1]
Career
Hassani's research focuses on developing herbal treatments, natural dyes, and immune-enhancing products derived from plants such as barberry and rhubarb. He has also contributed to scientific innovations in functional food formulations and microencapsulation technologies.
Awards and recognition
In 2025, Hassani received the Grand Prix and Gold Medal at the Archimedes International Inventions and Discoveries Competition in Russia.[2]
He also received several awards at the EUROINVENT 2025 competition in Romania, including:
- Gold Medal in European Inventions
- Innovation Excellence Award
- Special recognitions from the Dental Association of Moldova, Polytechnic University of Romania, and SIBIU University.[3]

In 2025, Hassani was appointed as the Executive Chairman of the International Congress of Inventions and continues to serve as a senior board member at the World Academy of Medical Sciences.[8]
