Bandari is a new-age music group (musical project) on AVC (Audio Video Communications AG) record label in Alte Landstrasse 95 (Seestrasse 124 / Tödistrasse 50) · P.O. Box · CH-8804 Au / Schweiz Horgen, Switzerland. Bandari released its first album in 1990 and has published over 20 albums all around the world.
Compared with other new-age music musicians, music groups and musicial projects such as Yanni, Kitaro or Enigma, Bandari produces new-age music and easy-listening music with slower and softer rhythm.
The group has been marketed mainly in Taiwan and China. It has gained far more popularity in Chinese-speaking areas than in other countries, where it is relatively unknown, even in Switzerland.
