Barlito is an American singer, rapper, and songwriter. He first rose to prominence with the release of his song "Times We Had" on SoundCloud. The song later went viral on the social media app TikTok. "Times We Had" was initially seen as a joke due to its rough vocals, but the song's emotional lyrics later made it popular.

Barlito's road to fame began when the famous singer Doja Cat tweeted that she would show her breasts if her song "Say So" topped the Billboard Hot 100, which she later confirmed was only a joke.[1] This sparked outrage in the TikTok community, causing a movement to take the number one spot from Doja Cat by streaming "Times We Had".[2] The song reached the number one spot on Spotify’s US and Global Viral 50 charts on May 18 and 19, respectively.[3]

Other songs by Barlito include: "Once Upon a time", "For Me", "Never Fold", "Prime", "Square One", and "Splash".
