Barry Litwin is an American business executive who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TestEquity (NYSE: DSGR), a distributor of test and measurement solutions and electronic production supplies. He has previously held CEO roles at Party City, Global Industrial Company (NYSE: GIC), and Adorama, and has held senior leadership positions at Sears, Office Depot, and Premier Farnell/Avnet.

From April 2015 to January 2019, Litwin served as CEO of Adorama, an omnichannel retailer of professional cameras, photo-finishing services, and consumer electronics. He led a turnaround of the company through a strategy known internally as "FOCUS" (For Our Customers and Us), which restructured talent, finance, marketing, digital presence, inventory, merchandising, and supply chain operations. Under his leadership, Adorama achieved double-digit growth in revenue, profit, and market share.[1][2]
Global Industrial Company (2019–2024)
Litwin served as CEO of Global Industrial Company (NYSE: GIC) from January 2019 to August 2024, a distributor with annual sales exceeding $1.3 billion. During his tenure, he implemented the "Accelerating the Customer Experience" strategy, expanding the company's customer base to more than one million customers across manufacturing, transportation, retail, and healthcare sectors.
