Bartolome Ramos, also known as Omeng Ramos, (born August 24, 1943) is a Filipino politician and former mayor of the municipality of Santa Maria, Bulacan in the Philippines.[1] He became the mayor of the municipality from 2001–2004 and 2007-2016.
Before becoming mayor, he was in office and a public servant for 29 years (1972 to 2001) as Baranggay Captain in Bagbaguin, Santa Maria, Bulacan.
He was born in Santa Maria, Bulacan, Philippines, and received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Far Eastern University.
He won his second term in the 2010 election for Mayor of Santa Maria, Bulacan.[2] He won his third term in 2013 elections until 2016 as Mayor of Santa Maria, Bulacan.[3]
