Bartosz Pastuszka (born 14 February 1983) is a risk and security industry entrepreneur, management expert, founder of IBBC Group, and CEO of NaviRisk. Pastuszka specializes in risk assessments, business intelligence, investigative audits, and background checks. He is a licensed detective, fallow deer breeder, and tractor collector.
Early life and education[edit]
Pastuszka was born on 14 February 1983 in Radom, Poland. In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. In 2014, he completed the University of Maryland's elite Resilient Leadership program.[1]
Career[edit]
In 2007, Pastuszka founded the IBBC Group, a leader in comprehensive corporate security and risk management. As CEO, he advises companies in cybersecurity and business security. In 2014, a 35% stake in IBBC was acquired by the Swedish company Secredo, part of Securitas and Pinkerton Group. In 2016, he sold 100% of IBBC to Pinkerton and became the first Pinkerton's director for Central and Eastern Europe, supporting global clients in security and risk management.[2]
In 2018, he founded NaviRisk, a global network of business risk, intelligence, and cybersecurity firms with offices in Warsaw, Stockholm, Prague, Kiev, and Riga. Pastuszka is also the Managing Partner of SecUA, specializing in business security services in Ukraine.[3]
Pastuszka participates in conferences on the armed conflict in Ukraine, providing expert commentary on the business situation and rebuilding efforts.[4]
Social activities[edit]
Pastuszka is a member of ASIS International and was the initiator of the Polish branch, officially registered in January 2022. He is a licensed private investigator and a member of the World Association of Detectives. Since 2015, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Warsaw, speaking on entrepreneurship and business ethics.
His companies support University of Warsaw graduates and he founded Business Security Magazine. Pastuszka organized internationally recognized conferences and supports humanitarian projects for children in need.[5]
