In 2010, Centro raised $22.5 million in funding led by equity investment company FTV Capital.[36][37][38][39]

In 2013, Centro acquired SiteScout, a Canadian company that provided display ad-buying software.[40][41][42][43][44]

In 2015, Centro raised $30 million in funding led by investment management company Neuberger Berman.[45][46][47][48][49]

In 2021, Centro acquired QuanticMind, an Argentina company that provided software for search engine marketing and analyzing ad spend.[50][51][52][53]

In 2021, Centro changed its company name to Basis Technologies.[54]

In 2022, Basis Technologies (the DBA name of Basis Global Technologies) registered an S-1 form with the SEC.[55][56][57]
