Mahmood making his PDC debut in qualified by the 2023 Bahrain Darts Masters who losing to Jonny Clayton of Wales of whitewashed in 6 legs to 0.
Mahmood winner the 2023 Egypt Open are beating by Germany's Simon Miebach by champions 5–0 legs. Mahmood qualified of the 2023 PDC World Cup of Darts team Bahrain his partner Abdulnaser Yusuf making his World Cup debut.
