Beatrice Oghenevowhero Sargin (born September 29, 1990) is a Nigerian writer, fitness specialist and microbiologist. She was born and raised in Warri, Delta State.[1]
Early life
Beatrice Sargin was born on September 29, 1990 in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. At six years old, she began taking dance and singing lessons. At the age of nine, she won first place in fifth grade, which enabled her to take the entrance exam to high school, and she received a Merit. However, she was rejected by the school because she was very young, so she moved to the sixth grade. After passing the entrance exam to high school for the second time, she was admitted and received a SPDC grant for six years to finish her high school. In 2008, she obtained admission to Novena University to study microbiology and graduated from Novena University in 2012, winning second place with honors.[2]
Career
Beatrice Sargin is the founder of BeYAH Fitness.[citation needed] As a writer, she wrote an African tale titled *The Horrible Silence*[3] and recently published a new book on *A Trip to Fitness*. She made her college project on “Plasmid Curing Analysis Of Antibiotic Resistance In Beta-Lactamase Producing Staphylococci from wounds and burns patients” into a medical journal, believing it essential for medical research purposes for students.[citation needed]
BeYAH Fitness
BeYAH Fitness was founded on September 29, 2017, by Beatrice Sargin. BeYAH Fitness provides healthy lifestyle practices using every self-improvement, research-based effective strategy. The idea of BeYAH fitness is that fitness is not just for fat or skinny people, but people must practice healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle.[citation needed]
Charities
She is actively involved in charities as she began volunteering at a non-profit charitable organization known as Intentional Insights in 2016, which uses science-based strategies to help people achieve their long-term life goals.[4]
