The Beccles and Bungay Journal is a regional newspaper covering local news in the Waveney Valley area of Northern Suffolk.

Founded in 1933, it is a compact (tabloid) paper, focusing on news and sport headlines from the local communities of Beccles, Bungay, Loddon and Halesworth.

The paper is owned and published by Archant, formerly known as Eastern Counties Newspapers Group. It has a weekly readership of 10,386.[1]

The Journal was shortlisted for the Paid for Weekly/Sunday Newspaper of the Year Below 50,000 Monthly Reach category at the Regional Press Awards 2019.[2]
