Beevor’s House is one of the senior boarding houses at Aldenham School, located in Elstree, Hertfordshire. The house was established in 1895 and has formed part of the school’s extended pastoral and residential system since that time. The House wears Red and black ties. The house also awards Honours Ties for those who have brought particular honour to the house.[1]
House system
Aldenham School organizes its students into a structured house system. Beevor’s House functions as one of the four boy boarding houses, alongside McGill’s and Kennedy’s, with Paull’s designated for girls. Additionally, there are two day houses (Riding’s for girls and Leeman’s for boys) and two junior houses (Martineau’s and Woodrow’s). Each boarding house is overseen by a Housemaster or Housemistress, supported by a personal tutor for each student. 125th anniversary
In 2018, Aldenham’s Old Aldenhamians Society acknowledged the 125th anniversary of Beevor’s House with congratulations from the Society’s President and the then Housemaster Sam Pennycook. This highlighted the house’s longstanding role in the school’s community.

Achievements
Beevor’s House has taken part in inter-house competitions at Aldenham School, which include drama, sport, and academic contests.
