Belvedere, Wellington

The Belvedere is a four storied concrete apartment building in Wellington, New Zealand. Edmund Anscombe designed the art deco building in 1937,[1][2] and it was constructed the same year. Located at 82 Majoribanks St, Mount Victoria, Wellington, Belvedere has nine apartments spread over three floors, with ground floor garages.
