Beseh-Rahbari (Persian: بعثه رهبری‎) or "Beseh of the leadership" or "Hozeh Namayandegi Walie-Faqih dar Omure HajoZiarat (حوزه نمایندگی ولی فقیه در امور حج و زیارت)"[1][2] is the district of Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist representation in the affairs of Hajj and pilgrimage. Beseh-Rahbari is an organization which was founded after the Islamic revolution of Iran with the decree of the (first/previous) supreme leader of Iran, Seyyed Ruhollah Khomeini on 20 September 1979, and is briefly called "Beseh" based on its constitution;[3] Beseh-Rahbari's[4][5] main objectives and duties is related to the scopes of Hajj/pilgrimage affairs.[6]

In Beseh-Rahbari,[7][8][9] whose complete name is "Beseh Maqame-Mo'azame-Rahbari[10][11] (Persian: بعثه مقام معظم رهبری)",[12][13][14] the decree of the appointment of "Wali-e-Faqih representative in hajj-and-pilgrimage affairs" (supervisor of Iranian Hujjaj) is performed by the Supreme leader of Iran, Seyyed Ali Khamenei; and he is the person in charge of all related affairs in the organization as the highest-ranking individual.[15] At Beseh-Rahbari,[16][17][18] the representative of Vali-e-Faqih in Hajj and pilgrimage affairs (Beseh-Rahbari) is Seyyed Abdul Fattah Nawab who has been appointed instead of Seyyed Ali Qazi Askar.[19]
