Best Bugs Forever (French: Bestioles Motel; German: Käfer-City) is an animated television series created by Stuart Gibson and Nathan Peter Wong and animated by Peekaboo Animation The series is produced by Watch Next Media and JSBC and is distributed by KidsFirst.[1] The series originally aired on Disney Channel in France.[2][3]
Premise[edit]
Three bug friends are in a new city, a rundown motel, but from a bug's point of view, a beautiful metropolis with a 1950's vibe where they will go on exciting adventures and build friendship all while the humans living in the motel are unaware of them.
Characters[edit]
- Mo Skeeto (voiced by Christina Kowalchuk) – a female purple mosquito who is optimistic and smart. She has an interest in art.
- Eddie Boulder – (voiced by Steven Kynman) - a male brown roach who is strong and sturdy, but a bit self absorbed. He claims to be indestructible due to his exoskeleton.
- Louie Woodlouski (voiced by Nigel Pilkington) - a male blue louse who is timid and nerdy. He wears a blue crash helmet with a yellow stripe.
- Wilberforce (voiced by David Menkin) a white male mouse who is friendly, outgoing and slightly dim-whitted. He wears red antennas on his head because he thinks he is a bug.
- Pebbledash (voiced by Hollie Taylor) - a green female stink bug who is also the mayor's daughter. She is shown as a spoiled rich brat.

The series premiered on Disney Channel in France on June 2, 2019.[citation needed]
The english dub premiered on Disney Channel in the United Kingdom on June 15, 2019.[4]
