Best Rate Referrals is an American mortgage marketing company that services mortgage and real estate professionals. The company was founded in 2005 by CEO Raymond Bartreau and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1]

Raymond Bartreau first got into the mortgage industry in 2002; in 2005, Bartreau founded Best Rate Referrals along with partner Zach South, who currently serves as the company's President.[2] Since their inception, Best Rate Referrals nearly tripled their revenue between 2009 and 2012.
New York City-based Inc., a monthly publication focused on growing companies, has included Best Rate Referrals in its annual list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., the "Inc. 500," a total of five times running.[3] Bartreau has been named to National Mortgage Professional Magazine’s 40 Under 40: The 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40 list twice; the list highlights professionals in the mortgage field who, according to National Mortgage Professional Magazine, "Exemplify professionalism and top production in today’s housing market."
