Better Without is a British app that allows users to discover low and no alcohol drinks. Users can find drinks in their country, locate where to buy them, and review them.
History[edit]
Better Without was founded by Jonny Stevens in December 2020[1]. He came up with the idea in the summer of 2020 after realising that alcohol was a trigger of anxiety for him.[2][3] Jonny knew that there were many great low and no alcohol options out there but struggled to find where to buy them. With the low and no alcohol drinks space growing, he spotted a gap in the market and wanted to share his passion to help others find these great options. Research has shown that sales of low and no alcohol drinks will increase by 31% by 2024.[4]
The app was originally only available in the UK. In April 2021, Better Without launched in the USA and Australia.[5]
