Bhanu Pratap Subedar Singh Sikarwar alias Chintu is the strongest Congress leader of Madhya Pradesh. He is the President of the Congress Party from Joura in Morena district since 2018, before which he served as General Secretary in the District Morena Congress Committee. He is called 'Joura's son' not because of his name but because of his loyalty to society, love for the people! He is a sun who brought the light of revolution to the Joura Vidhan Sabha.
The people of the area have honored Bhanu with a very charming and well-known name "Chintu Bhaiya".
Bhanu's father Mr. Subedar Singh Sikarwar has been a two-time MLA from Joura Assembly. Following in the footsteps of his father, Bhanu had also decided to join politics for social service.
Bhanu Sikarwar, a wealthy man with a simple personality who is easily available, gets distracted when there is an injustice being done to his people and his rights are being violated.
Bhanu believes in covering himself in service and did not know how to show off. But Bhanu came to the fore when, a terrible disease like corona was spreading in the country. Recently, when the central government brought the farmer bill, only Bhanu had raised his voice for the rights of farmers in the Joura assembly. Under the leadership of his political mentor Shri Ramnivas Rawat ji, he organized peasant movements from Joura to Morena and took out tractor marches and brought the voice of the farmers of Chambal to the Central Government !!
Not only this, due to the negligence of the ruling party, Bhanu took a pledge in the Jaura, which is lagging behind in the field of education, that now the revolt will be against illiteracy. He is imparting free education to the poor talented students of Joura city in his private school and college. Along with this, he has also been helping students financially for higher education and competitive examinations.
Bhanu has a lot of interest in sports, he knows very well what is the importance of sports. In view of the possibilities in the field of sports among the youth of Joura, Bhanu's fight for a sports academy in Joura continues. He wants the youth of Joura to become struggling, well organized and reach the national and international forums and brighten the name of the region.
Bhanu, who carried all sections of the society with him, emerged as the brother of the daughters of poor Dalits when he make married many daughters and helped to them from his personal income as a gift.
A courageous son, a fellow brother does not stop here. Bhanu is dear to the farmers of the region because he has always understood the suffering of the farmers, hence his fight for the 'Kailaras sugar mill' has been going on continuously for the last several years !!
Recently, when the area was flooded, he stood up with his people trapped in the flood and took responsibility of ration, roof and compensation for each flood-affected family like a responsible son.
The journey from Bhanu Pratap Singh Sikarwar to Chintu Bhaiya has been full of cooperation, love, dedication, and hard work.
Their social life was as full of struggle, but their loyalty in political life is exemplified.
Be it the "Satta Parivartan Rally" or 'Annadata Sammelan' of the National Congress, he never gave a chance to the Congress party to complain. While holding the post of Chairman of Block Congress Committee Joura, he supported all the schemes made for development by former Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath to reach the land.
Not only this, he has become a favorite of Digvijay Singh on the strength of his hard work and loyalty.
It is the charismatic leadership of Bhanu Sikarwar that gave rise to nationalism among the youth, women and elders of the Jaura region and gave a new positive direction to the Joura Congress under his leadership.
