In April 2021, Bhaokaal Media Network was founded by Juhi Pathak, Mrinal Pathak, Ravi Shukla and Mohit Tiwari. Juhi Pathak currently holds the position of Director of the company. Mrinal Pathak as Vice-President of company. Ravishankar Shukla is the current CEO, Marketing Head and Managing Director of the organisation. Mohit Tiwari currently holds the position of CO-Managing Director, Editor. The founders Mrinal, Ravi and Mohit are working Journalist having years of experience in the field of journalism. They have worked with news organizations like The Hitavada, IndianewsOne, NavaBharat, Maharashtra Today.
