In April 2021, Bhaokaal Media Network was founded by Juhi Pathak, Mrinal Pathak, Ravishankar Shukla and Mohit Tiwari. Juhi Pathak currently holds the position of Director of the company. Mrinal Pathak is Vice-President of the company. Ravishankar Shukla is the current CEO, Marketing Head and Managing Director of the organisation. Mohit Tiwari currently holds the position of Co-Managing Director and Editor. The founders Mrinal, Ravishankar and Mohit are working journalists with years of experience in the field of journalism. They have worked with news organizations like The Hitavada, IndianewsOne, NavaBharat, Maharashtra Today.
