Most of the shooting of this web series has been done in Lucknow, Barabanki and adjoining areas, depicting Barabanki as Meerut, Muzaffarnagar. Apart from this, shooting has been done at several other places including Hazratganj, Christian College, Chowk, Kaiserbagh.

Premise

This web series shows the changing image of the police with an encounter made by Navneet Sikera, who seems to dominate the criminals rather than fear them. People's trust is growing more now on police than ever before. When Navneet Sekera takes over the district as the new SSP in Muzaffarnagar, the district's identity was stained at the time as a 'crime capital'.The condition of the city was such that people here used to fear in the name of coming. The incidents of kidnapping and organized crime, murder, robbery and robbery have become the hallmark of here. In such a situation, Sekera, who came as the Messiah for Muzaffarnagar, took a vow to end the fear of criminals and started eliminating the criminals one by one. In a short time, criminals started fearing his name and the gang war and mafia rule slowly came to an end. A turbulent district turned into a quiet district.

Bhaukal is the story of SSP Naveen Sikhra, who cleans the city of Muzaffarnagar affected by criminals. The city is in a state of chaos and utter chaos. When Naveen Sikhra joins Muzaffarnagar as the new SSP, he is challenged by the disappointment of the people living in fear of local gangs. He reforms the police and foils any and every attempt by criminals to gain control of the city. Indeed, his heroic mission is to make Muzzafarnagar from a ‘crime capital’ to a ‘peace capital’.

Vinay, a local farmer, goes to the fields with his father as usual, where he walks with Farooq and some of his men. After beating Vinay, they kidnap him and take him to a car. Meanwhile, Naveen along with his driver and another constable leaves for the police station. On the way, he gets an observation from the local constable about Muzaffarnagar and the crime rate is quite low in the last two years. The constable informed him of the alliance with fond and politician Aslam Rana. He also tells of the methods of operation of one and a half brothers and everyone is also afraid to venture into the area around their area. Naveen telephoned all the police officers who are in charge of all the local police stations in Muzaffarnagar district. After meeting Naveen and his fight with his demons, along with all the local police station chiefs, he comes face to face with Dilip Yadav, the same police officer who insulted Naveen and his father a few years back when they asked him for justice. Had contacted. He remembers the conversation his father had with Dilip Yadav and how he insulted him and let him go from there. After the meeting, he calls his father and tells him that He met the man. A constable tells Naveen that it is Shaukeen's gang and Naveen decides to meet Shaukeen Khan. Upon arriving there, he joins a battle of words with Shaukeen's men when Shaukean reaches there and tries to calmly send Naveen back. Naveen used his words to hurt Shaukin's ego and insulted him a lot. The result of Shaukin's badly cloaked ego is that Naveen received a cruel message from the phone call on his part.

The episode begins with Vinay Tyagi's funeral and Naveen is held guilty in the presence. Some constables are standing and discussing tea and all are being told to keep the matter quiet. Just then, a reporter, Neha, reaches there and starts a conversation with the constables and takes them out to give them all the information about Vinay Tyagi's murder. A set of headlines are published targeting Naveen Sikhra and his works, which led to the rise of criminal offenses in Muzaffarnagar district. This signals Naveen to take some action. Naveen calls for reinforcements and his plan to end the crime! Naveen caught two of Shaukeen's men and beaten one badly in connection with the murder of Vinay Tyagi. Hearing the sound of his shouting, the other henchmen panicked, letting Shaukin go to deliver the message. As it is abundantly clear that Naveen will be of no help to the local police officers, he decides to summon some of his loyal and loyal men who are fearless to fight criminals. Naveen gives them all the information about the Shaukin Khan gang and the gang of Deda brothers and divides them into two groups to work in two groups. The meeting between Neha and Naveen. Pooja reaches Muzaffarnagar! The buff reaches Naveen's house and informs him that it was his mistake to think that by scaring Babush, he will succeed in scaring the buff. Naveen and his officers await close members of the Dedha gang and their brother-in-law Nabi Bunty. When they circle his bullock cart, he makes a turn and escapes into the fields and is captured. Later, Naveen is sitting at her house when Pooja goes to see the doctor and starts discussing Muzaffarnagar's crime figures with Naveen and during the conversation hints that she is about to become a father. Naveen was picked up to listen to the news and later. Meanwhile, his officers are practicing target shooting and discussing the events of the morning when Bunty absconded and how it is difficult to shoot at another human, while criminals can do it easily. Naveen is taking a new step to improve the lifestyle of the local people! Naveen tells his constables to round up all the historysheeters and invites them to the Police station, only to find that most of them are one-time offenders and committing petty crimes a decade ago. He decides to conduct things a little differently and decides to close those cases once and for all and hands over this tedious task to DSP Dilip Yadav and warns him that Every person needs to be treated with respect. Meanwhile, he talks to another inspector named Vinod, who has a background in telecommunications engineering and asks him to set up a monitoring division that will supervise the Shaukin gang and all members of the Deda gang. What is Naveen's plan to do all this? After his crimes have been released by historysheeters and his files are closed, everyone thanks Naveen for the action he has taken and places him in a high position, which forces Neha to repor a positive title featuring him. Meanwhile, Vinod accepts a call from his monitoring unit which was a conversation between Rashid and Farooq about illegal money. Naveen and his team arrive at their meeting point and during an encounter, every single criminal or member of Shaukin's gang is killed, thus defaming Shaukeen and Farooq. While Shaukin now realizes that Naveen has found a challenge that he needs to take seriously, Naveen realizes that this is no return for him and he needs to change the image of Muzaffarnagar as India's crime capital.

As time increases, Vinod and his team keep an eye on the members of the gang and innovative and their team keeps operating their colleagues. SSP Naveen introduces his team with the new technology of cellular phones. He gives one cell phone to each of his team members and instructs them to talk to him only through that. He also sets peculiar animal sounds ringtones of the phones for them to be able to catch the criminals in hindsight. In a dramatic rift and a short hide and seek chase, SSP is able to take down Bunty and all his men, thus setting a perfect bait for Pintoo Dedha out of hiding. But will it be able to get to Pintoo or will this trap turn back on them leaving Pintoo to go away safe? After a perfectly planned encounter takes place, SSP Naveen has to now face the hardships of media who accuse him and his team of overriding the judiciary and hail Bunty as a war hero. Naveen makes it clear to the media that Bunty was no good man and this is how the police will do justice in Muzaffarnagar hereon. Later, Shaukeen leaves town leaving Naaz and his brother behind. Shaukeen’s aunt gets sick on the road and Salim in the disguise of Ifetakar admits her to the hospital. In an attempt to capture Dedha’s men, Naveen’s men capture Gurjan by baiting him lottery money. Naveen and his team now try to get Pintoo Dedha’s location from Gurjan.

Due to lack of time, Naveen’s men ordered the local policemen to go after Pintoo Dedha. The incompetent are unable to catch Pintoo and end up losing their lives in the crossfire. On the other hand, Farukh calls in Iftekhar aka Salim to reward him for saving the life of the family’s elderly. Salim acts to refuse the cash prize and tells Naaz that he wishes to earn the money. Naaz appoints Salim as the head chef thus giving him access to the inner workings of Shuakeen’s empire. Journalist Neha bombards Shikera with her questions. Naveen tells her the condition of the police and that while policemen have to use the less efficient rifle 3030, the enemy uses automatic guns to shoot, which is what caused the casualties of 2 policemen losing their lives. Pinto's wife demands him to avenge the death of her brother as he died to save the life of Pintoo. She gives him a month’s time to finish Naveen Sikhera and blackmails him that she will abort their child otherwise. Pintoo Dedha then vows to kill Naveen as soon as possible. Naveen gets to know that someone from his team ratted him out and is working for Pintoo Dedha. On the Shaukeen end, Salim tells Naveen about the differences between Naaz and Farukh. A few days later, Salim guides Naveen and his team to reach Tyagi house.

Vikram Tyagi is kidnapped from his house as soon as Naveen Sikhera and his team arrive at the location. Faruq worries about the police getting to know their location and who told them about them being at Tyagi house. Even after a lot of pestering, Tyagi’s father refuses to file a police complaint of his kidnapping. The media questions MP Aslam about the recklessness of Naveen and his team. Faruq calls Tyagi’s father to meet him in the garden with the money. He splits his men and takes Vikram Tyagi to Gulab cinema instead of the garden, where Salim informed Naveen. Police reach the garden and take Faruq in their custody, killing all his men. Before getting caught, Faruq tells Salim and Aslam to kill Vikram Tyagi as there is a traitor amongst them and the police have arrived. Tyagi’s father confronts Naveen and tells him that he and his force is incapable of finding the real culprits and fighting crimes. He tells him that Tyagi used to tell him to never trust the police. Naveen vows that from this time on, only criminals and goons will die in the city. He thrashes Faruq in the lock-up who tells him that there is no point beating him up as he will get bail soon. He also tells Naveen that he knows that Salim is the traitor. Naveen tries to indicate Salim but his efforts fail. The Commissioner then calls Naveen and asks him to hold the mission and meet him the next day

Police commissioner questions and grills Naveen for the endless encounters and compares his extrajudicial killings to the actions of goons. Naveen is able to justify all his actions but due to the pressure on him, the Police commissioner deploys Naveen to personally escort Deputy Chief Minister’s rally. Naveen is rendered helpless as he and his team have to attend the political rally. As he is left with no choice, Naveen appoints Rajesh, his trusted driver to take Faruq to the court. Shaukeen returns from Nepal and tells his men that they will make Faruq escape from the court in front of all the policemen and lawyers. Salim’s cover is compromised as Shaukeen’s man gets to know that he helps the police. Before they could do anything, Salim is able to inform Naveen that Shaukeen and his men are trying to free Faruq from the court. Naveen rushes to the court with his team but before Faruq is already dead on their arrival. Rajesh sacrificed to kill Faruq before his men could take him away. Police Commissioner arrives and comes bearing big news for Naveen, while Shaukeen determines that he has to settle the accounts with police once and for all.

Naveen informs his team that Salim will intoxicate Shaukeen and get him to the highway from where they will take charge. Shaukeen also prepares for war and tells Naaz the location of all his hidden treasures so that she can take care of herself and his son and herself even if he were to die. Salim does the job and renders him unconscious. Naaz notices Shaukeen missing and gets the men at work but by then it is too late as a noble lady helps Salim to reach the highway where Naveen and his men would meet him. Salim informs Naveen who rushes there with his team. Naveen Sikhera and other policemen reach the location to find Salim hanging from a tree. What follows is a massive action sequence of crossfire and the outcome is the dead body of Shaukeen. After killing all of Shaukeen’s men the media heaped praises of SSP Naveen and his team. Naaz and Aslam reach out to Pintoo Dedha. They offer them partnership and Naaz tells them all of Shaukeen’s secrets places. The two groups come together to rule Muzaffarnagar against Naveen and for that, they need inputs from the person who works closely with Naveen. Pintoo Dedha informs Naaz and Aslam that Sunil Kumar, Naveen’s driver is their secret informer. Sunil Kumar is on his way to take Naveen and his wife for the gynaecologist’s appointment.
