Bhavana Studios is a digital entertainment company, film production company and a record label founded by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran. The first project of the company was Kumbalangi Nights in which the firm was the record label. The movie was directed by Madhu C Narayanan.[1] The movie was produced by Working Class Hero in association with Fahad Faasil and Friends company.[2] Second project was Thankam scheduled for 2020 directed by Saheed Arafath starring Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, Joju George and Aparna Balamurali.[3] It was later postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.[4] On October 3, 2020, the company announced their third project titled Joji which is produced by Bhavana Studios in association with Working Class Hero and Fahad Faasil and Friends company.[5] The movie is inspired from Shakespeare's ‘Macbeth’[6]
