Bianca Cristina Quesada is native Angeleno whose Musical Theater, Film, and TV work spans over a decade. Over the course of her career, she has created two subdivisions at leading entertainment companies, CAA and Starz Network. Her work has led her to represent Chile’s first Academy Award-winning animators. At Starz, she worked to develop Vida and created a Virtual Reality subdivision. In February 2019, she completed building Live Nation’s Film and TV Production Division, as well as, building a joint venture. Currently, she is the Founder, Partner, and Head of Zone One Productions. Zone One’s mission is to develop and produce TV and Film content with cultural specificity, universal compelling character journeys, and commercial global appeal about people of Latin-American, Indigenous, and Afro-Latin descent.

Education and Career Bianca's work in entertainment started in Theatre. As a young Stage Manager, she was a shadow in New York for Lin Manuel Miranda's Tony award-winning Musical, In The Heights. In the Summer of 09, after working at CalArts/RedCat, Bianca made a transition into Film.

In the Fall of 2014, she joined CAA. She would go on to spend the next three years at CAA. While at CAA she was one of the founding members of CAA's inaugural multicultural committee. Her work within CAA's Foundation enabled her to help build CAAedu, an enrichment program for assistants and career professionals. By 2015, she built a Global Development Group within the Motion Picture Literary Department and worked with the top LATAM, APAC, and NA film festivals. Off this work, she signed clients who ultimately won Chile’s first Oscar for the animated short film, HISTORIA DE UN OSO, and signed CAA’s first Muslim female filmmaker, Lena Khan.

In 2017, she made a transition into TV and was on the Network development team for VIDA at Starz. She also started beta plans for a Virtual-Reality/ Augmented-Reality subdivision as a retention tool for the network.

In 2018, she joined Live Nation Entertainment's Film and TV division as their Director of Development for Film and TV scripted and unscripted content. Developing original scripted and unscripted projects for the company. During her time at Live Nation Entertainment, she also helped to create a hybrid content and live events-based joint venture.

Currently, Bianca is the Founder, Partner, and Head of Zone One Productions.
