Hubert K. Amenya, also known as BigParblow (short for Parblow Escobar), is an American-based hip-hop rapper born in Ghana who moved to Atlanta, Georgia. The rapper was named after Pablo Escobar by his uncle at an early age and was very quiet, smiling, yet you never know what he is up to. "It's a household name; my grandmother even calls me Parblow," the rapper said. At 13 years old, he was suspended from his boarding school after being caught a couple of times on the train outside school boundaries during school hours to conduct his business, what he called "swapping." The rapper began his music career in 2018. The rapper stated that he always loved music: "I remember when 'Cleaning Out My Closet' was out by Eminem; I had the whole dormitory singing it. It was just stuck in my head. I got ears for good music, that I can tell you."
Early life
The rapper said the first time he started rapping bar-for-bar, word-for-word, was Eminem’s songs. When it came to music, "toy soldiers… music will move you when you feel it," he added. He added, "If I wasn’t rapping, I was krumping (breakdancing)."
Music career
In March 2019, Big Parblow, whose A&R is UnitedMasters, released "Storm," a hard-hitting track with a cool, catchy flow beat. You'll notice he has a unique rap flow because he simply follows the beats. He shortly released a couple of trap songs, including "Bang," "11 pm," "Judas," and "Bro," currently streaming on major platforms such as iHeartRadio, Tidal Music, Spotify, and more. The rapper has earned a fanbase not only in Atlanta, GA, but internationally as well. He’s quite a lyrical genius who approaches life with a hustler's mentality, which makes his music a force to be reckoned with. He currently has a project, "Crossroads," set to be released in summer 2020, which includes "Smoke," "No B Lie," "Letter," "On the Bible," and "Thug Story." And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
