BigTranslation is a translation agency focused on the digital and e-commerce sector. It was created in Valencia (Spain) in 2016.[2]
Description[edit]
The agency was founded with the group of translators of BigBuy, a dropshipping platform, in response to the multilingual needs of e-commerce.[2] In order to offer an up-to-date translation of current expressions and words, the company only works with professional translators and native speakers resident in the country of their mother tongue.[3]
The agency has native translators from 64 languages trained in the language and the digital ecosystem. Management is carried out through a centralized technological platform.[4] The service, which is paid per word, is agreed after receiving an instant quote for the text to be translated or revised, and the video or audio to be transcribed.[5]
The technological platform contacts the client with the appropriate translator selected and classified according to their specialization and level. Upon receipt of a translation, the platform's algorithm automatically assigns the most appropriate translator for the client's needs at that moment.[4] The platform is present in forums and digital events.[5][6][7][8]
