Biju Ningombam (born 26 December) is an Indian actress who appears in Manipuri films.[1][2] Some of her famous films were Nungshi Feijei, Eikhoi Pabunggi, Phishakhol, Eina Fagi Touraga and Nurei.[3][4]
Career[edit]
Biju Ningombam first appeared on screen as a child artist in a teleplay Ningol Ka which was telecast on DDK Imphal.[5] Biju acted in a Manipuri music video Phajarabi Nanggi Maithong produced by one of her cousin brother. Biju has acted in more than 30 music videos.[6] Her first film is Meerang Mahum where she played a supporting role. She started taking main roles in films like Chou-En-Lai's Ashileibakki Hero and Ajit Ningthouja's Konggol.[7]
Awards[edit]
Biju Ningombam won Best Actor in a Leading Role - Female at the 7th SSS MANIFA 2018 for her role in the film Phishakhol.[8]
