The company was set up in 2011 by Amit Pandey, Atul Pandey and Ajay Pandey and started its operations after receiving its Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority[4] broking license in July 2012.
IRDA License[edit]
Bimadirect is a services of Coretree Insurance Brokers (India) Private Limited. The broking entity received its Direct (Life & General) license from Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA), License # 437 in July 2012 for an initial period of 3 years (from 31-7-2012 to 30-7-2015). Mr. Atul Pandey serves as its Principal Officer.[5]
