Binghatti is an Emirati property development company founded in 2008 with its headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
History
Binghatti is a Dubai-based Emirati real estate development company that was founded in 2008 by Hussain Binghatti Aljbori, and his sons as part of Binghatti Holding. In the years following its founding, the company focused on the development of residential projects in Dubai, with a particular emphasis on luxury apartments.[1]
In 2014 Binghatti entered into an undisclosed deal to sell Binghatti Terraces, a mid-rise tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis to Emirates Real Estate Fund which is managed by the Emirates NBD.[2]
In 2018, Binghatti completed an agreement with Izdihar Real-Estate Fund valued at AED 200 million ($54.4m), a fund managed by Bank of Muscat. The deal comprises the acquisition of two residential towers in Dubai Silicon Oasis; Binghatti Vista and Binghatti Sapphires.[3][4][5]
In 2021, Binghatti completed a deal with Saudi's food company, Almarai valued at AED 215 million ($58.54m), the deal comprises the acquisition of Binghatti Beverages Manufacturing Facility located in Khalifa Industrial Zone, Abu Dhabi.[6][7][8]
As of 2018, Binghatti's portfolio reached over 30 projects,[9] reached over 40 projects as of 2021,[10] and reached 50 projects as of 2022 including about 33 towers in several places such as Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubailand, Al Jaddaf, and Business Bay.[11][12]
In November 2022, Binghatti announced the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. The skyscraper co-designed and branded by Jacob & Co, the global horology and jewelry brand.[13]

In August 2022, Binghatti announced the early completion of three projects in Jumeirah Village Circle.[14][15]
