'Biobritte Agro Solutions Private Limited' is an Indian owned company headquartered at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Founded in 2018 by Parimal Ramesh Udgave, the company gained international recognition as it is mushroom specialized research and development Company.
It operates under guidance of its own board of directors.
Company is said to be expanding in seven units which is all focusing on Agricultural sciences. These units are namely. Mushroom Learning Center, Center for Food science and Technology,Center for Microbiology, Center for Nano and Biotechnology, Center for Agriculture and Agro-ecology, Center for Agri-Chem and Center for Basic Sciences.
Biobritte Agro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been established as a major mushroom research and training company in western Maharashtra with primary objective “to produce, promote, trading, marketing, developing agriculture produce includes Mushrooms and its cultivation and other ancillary processes.” Currently it is promoting mushroom cultivation and necessary support (Spawn supply) in the region of western Maharashtra, specifically in Kolhapur, Sangli, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kankavali, Belgaum (Karnataka) and Goa. It is growing day by day to other states.
It started by establishing “Mushroom Learning Center” which provides cultivation training and provides spawn and other support to people. It also expanding business into Export business which will be key to foreign trade opportunities. There is a great need for research, training and support to the mushroom industry in India. company wants to commercialize different mushroom types which can boost the possibility of economic growth of region as well as healthy lifestyle of people.
Research and extension activities on mushroom have to be conducted to boost its use as well as cultivation. Company also planning to launch more than 40 mushroom derived foods to local people which will surely boost and promote mushroom cultivation in regions of Maharashtra.

At the age of 24, passion for biosciences in parimal’s mind sparked and decided to establish Mushroom research and Development Company. The company which will be covering all aspects of mushrooms. Parimal is alumini of England’s reputed university “Sheffield Hallam University” GB. He studied master of science in Biotechnology. After that he moved to india and started to work as assistant professor. After a year his entrpremnurship mind sparked idea to start a mushroom production house and he started it at Shirol. After a month he decided to start company to grab recognition and crack international market of mushrooms.
