Birmingham City University Rowing Club (BCURC) is the rowing club of Birmingham City University[1] run for and by the university's students. The club's home water is Edgbaston Reservoir just outside the centre of Birmingham, approximately 15 minutes away from the Birmingham City University campus.
The club has a membership base of experienced and novice rowers. BCURC competes in BUCS events throughout the year [2] and its members attend local head races and regattas.

Birmingham City University Rowing Club was founded in 2016 [3] following the upsurge in rowing following the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio.
